The Silent Sounds Video Interpreting (VI) App is our new innovative interpreting platform. It enables you to be connected to an interpreter wherever you are in the world. You can place either pre booked or on-demand calls using our easy booking tool. This allows people, whose first language is not English or people who are Deaf or Hard-of-Hearing, to be connected to interpreters within seconds. The VI App also assists our in-house Deaf Services team by ensuring a more responsive service to on-demand BSL. Currently, the Silent Sounds VI App is available in over 250 languages and this service is continually expanding.
